If you have any complaints the easiest and quickest way to resolve any concerns you may have is to contact your Relationship Manager at your local office. We will endeavor to put matters right as soon as we can.
If you are not entirely satisfied, and need to file a complaint then write to our Compliance Officer.
If we are unable to resolve matters on the spot, we will send you a letter of acknowledgement within five working days to confirm that we are investigating the matters you have raised
