Sales & Retention Assistant Manager - EM119

Overall Purpose of Role:

The Company is seeking an exceptional Sales & Retention Assistant Manager to assist the Retention & Acquisition team with their day to day responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for exposure to a dynamic and fast-driven environment with great development opportunities.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting EU clients with documents and verification
  • KYC for EU clients
  • Achieving key performance indicators
  • Assisting with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email
  • Assisting the sales team with KPIs
  • Educating clients on how to use the Company’s trading platforms
  • Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the Company’s products and services

 

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic CySEC certificate
  • Previous experience in financial services or FX will be considered advantageous
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Fluent verbal and written English

Further Info:

  • Working hours are daily 09:00 - 18:00  Monday to Friday 
  • The role is located in Limassol, Cyprus
