Customer Support Representative - EM113

Overall Purpose of Role:

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Customer Support Representative to ensure that our clients have an exceptional trading experience while trading with us.  This is a unique opportunity to handle all clients’ communication through telephone, emails and chat etc.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with clients’ inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly.
  • Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients.
  • Assisting new clients with the account opening process and company’s KYC procedures
  • Provide clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products.
  • Communication precise and correct information at all times.
  • Inform clients via their account of any changes that concern them.
  • Be an ambassador for the company and provide high level service through the necessary channels.

Requirements:

  • University/College degree
  • Fluent (written and verbal) English and Italian
  • Excellent knowledge and written communication skills required
  • IT proficient
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Support role, preferably in the Forex industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prepared to work shifts and bank holidays on a 24/5 rotation
  • Ability to work under pressure

Social Media Manager - EM112

Overall Purpose of Role:

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Social Media Manager to assist in developing social strategy and optimization. This is a unique opportunity to manage overall Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter campaigns on a global scale.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for client acquisition
  • Use marketing automation to help improve the customer experience, conversion, retention, nurturing, and lead generation
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all social platforms, this includes content development, community engagement, and management
  • Develop community programs and social media promotional calendar that builds awareness and engagement
  • Day-to-day management social accounts on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and other Social Media Platforms
  • Create and maintain social calendar

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience in forex with a proven track record of successful large scale social media campaigns for leads acquisition
  • Proven record of creating and optimizing Web and App Campaigns using Facebook Business Manager
  • Hand-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social channels

Head of Technology Operations - EM109

Overall Purpose of Role:

An exciting opportunity to lead the Technology Operations team whilst overseeing IT Security; the Level 1 and Level 2 Technology Support team; and Desktop Support.

The successful candidate will manage the IT budget, and ultimately be responsible for the Company’s infrastructure – including but not limited to: Networking, Data Centers, Servers, IT Security, Email Systems, and Internal User Account and Access management.

 Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build our support organization
  • Redefine the best practices and approach to Technology Operations
  • Execute a variety of Operational Projects across a large estate of services and systems
  • Demonstrate an expertise in key technical areas based on previous experience
  • Keep up with the latest developments in Infrastructure, Internet Technology, and IT Security
  • Build Strong relationships with colleagues based on a foundation of trust and reliability

  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting when required

 Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in Managing Technology Support Services
  • Experience or Qualifications in IT Security and/or IT Risk Management
  • Experience running Operational Improvement Projects
  • Previous Responsibility for Production Support, Incident Management and Incident resolution
  • Hands-on experience as an Operations Analyst, Network Operations, or as a Systems Administrator
  • Strong communication style, problem solving and attention to detail

Overall Purpose of Role:

This is a great opportunity to join the Application Development team within the Product and Information Management team and gain a strong technical and business understanding of our feature-rich mobile trading platform. The successful candidate will gain an exposure to online analytics, mobile application attribution and other digital marketing technologies. They will work across multiple business lines to realise the goals of key stakeholders and to improve the trading experience of thousands of active users across the world.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in developing the easyMarkets native Android Trading Application
  • Analyse requirements, provide feedback and estimates and execute App development in coordination with the Project Management and Back-end Development teams
  • Resolve issues and bugs and continously improve the quality and performance of our App
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues based on a foundation of trust and reliability
  • Actively participate in the realisation of the Company's strategic vision

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience developing native Android applications in Java
  • Experience in writing performance sensitive mobile Applications that communicate with secure servers over the internet
  • Ability to work with both local and remote development teams, utilising industry standard development methodologies
  • Practical experience with project and task tracking tools such as Redmine, Jira, Asana, Bugzilla
  • Experience working as part of a team utilising source control systems such as Git

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience withing the financial sector and ideally, in writing trading or online gaming apps
  • Experience working with analytical and monitoring platforms such as Google analytics, App Annie, Crashlytics and New Relic
  • Experience working with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer
  • A practical understanding of the Google play Development Console, Release and beta management

Overall Purpose of Role:

easyMarkets is looking for an exceptional and entrepreneurial marketing professional to join the executive leadership team in the capacity of the Head of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO. The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the Company's marketing efforts in addition to its overall global marketing strategy in line with brand positioning and values.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Propose, design, develop and implement marketing strategy aimed at the Company’s worldwide market expansion, especially through digital channels
  • Design, develop and implement the annual global marketing budget for the Company
  • Plan and administer the Company’s global marketing operations budget. Provide support and facilitate development of the regional marketing operations budgets
  • Conduct research, understand and respond to the online trading industry’s everchanging particularities such as pricing, product offering and marketing, technology and regulation
  • Collaborate extensively with the sales, business development, legal, finance, product development and customer service teams in achieving the Company’s objectives, as well as ensuring our messaging and brand is communicated and represented consistently across the wide spectrum of touchpoints.

Requirements:
