IT Service Desk Technician - EM124

Overall Purpose of Role:

easyMarkets is seeking to recruit an IT Service Desk Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s IT systems (software, hardware, communication), and assisting internal users with their IT requests and issues.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake maintenance of IT systems as prioritized
  • Provide approachable and professional IT Support services to internal users, both locally in Cyprus, and overseas in Australia and China
  • IT Service Desk duties, including the resolution of issues; the management of Office hardware; Leavers & Joiner processing etc.
  • Maintain critical Technology systems such as email, Domains, Telephony, the LAN, Wi-Fi, PCs, Laptops, Printers, backups, local servers\Analysis, Comparison and Purchases of IT Equipment and IT related services

SQL Developer DBA - EM120

Overall Purpose of Role:

The SQL Server Developer Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance and performance of the critical database systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Developer DBA must work with the development team and IT operations to help achieve a state-of-the-art environment that meets current and future business objectives, whilst also ensuring that the Company’s production databases offer the highest reliability and performance possible.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems

Overall Purpose of Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Quality Assurance (QA) team. They will be expected to plan the test scenarios and cases for development items ranging from small single developer tasks, to major projects delivered over several months in a number of phases.
